  • The Wailing Wall is a unique remnant of the ancient past.
It has become a place of prayer and divisiveness as various dogmas collide and then Bak has totally disrupted how we view it.

The Hasidic, fur-hatted face of the scholar emerges from the wall.
There is a sense of an ancestor, but whose ancestor?
The Western Wall is called the Wailing Wall.
Or is it the Wall that Witnesses as history happens and recedes.

A brilliant transformation or interpolation into this place.
Also the strength and permanence of stone is telling.
