  • We are all hanging on by a thread.
Life is a very fragile affair and while we are healthy and upright we have a tendency to take it for granted.

The artist reminds us that all of life and nature is at best, very tentative.
So many ropes around the uprooted tree, as well as the massive section of the tree.
All floating and yet attached to the post in the ground.

The hatted figure is aloft and holding on. In fact, we all are holding onto life each day.
Perseverance and resilience are helpful attributes with a dose of luck to just survive and then thrive.
